  • How do I enroll in a Xenios program?
    All clients are onboarded through a personalized discovery call with a Xenios team member. During this call, we’ll assess your needs, explain our program options, and help you choose the one that’s best suited for your goals. To schedule a discovery call, contact us at team@xenioshealth.com.

  • Do I need to create an account?
    No, you don’t need to create an account yourself. Once you’ve enrolled in a program, our Xenios internal team will set up your account and provide you with the necessary login credentials to access your program materials and tools.



2. Program Support

  • How do I access my program details?
    After enrollment, you’ll receive your account details via email. Log in using the credentials provided to view your personalized program plan, progress tracker, and other resources.

  • Can I make changes to my program after enrolling?
    If you’d like to modify your program, please contact your assigned coach or email team@xenioshealth.com. We’ll work with you to make any necessary adjustments.

  • What if I need to pause my program?
    If you need to take a break, contact our support team to discuss options for pausing or resuming your program.



3. Billing and Payments

  • When is payment required?
    Payment is required after your discovery call and before your program begins. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

  • How do I update my payment information?

  • What is the refund policy?
